Uwin Iwin Incentives had the honour of inviting esteemed clients, partners, and friends on April 26, 2023, for a Special Leadership Keynote address and Client Social. Clients, suppliers, and anyone else interested in the impact of employee incentives and the thought-provoking subject of conscious leadership were all welcome at the event. There were about 95 people present.
Magnificent prizes were won at the event, and guests and presenters had a chance to interact and exchange ideas.
A review of Uwin Iwin’s major service offerings, including Sales Incentives, Employee Recognition and Reward Solutions, Consultation Sessions, and Incentive Travel, was provided by Uwin Iwin CEO David Sand as he opened the event. He further added that there were new items in it Uwin Iwins service offering, specifically, the U-Go Travel Voucher, a cost-effective incentive option for businesses unable to implement large group incentive travel rewards. David talked about upcoming products, such as the updated Kudosh Card with chip-and-PIN features that will make it simpler for our customers to shop anywhere and however they choose.
Ian Hatton, a specialist in conscious leadership, served as our special keynote speaker. Lead like Morpheus, the Genius of Conscious Leadership, the topic of Ian’s captivating keynote address, was presented. In his talk, he went into detail about the state of leadership as it is today and how leaders can lead more authentically by being conscious, beginning with self-reflection and personal change. He was able to engage with the audience during the presentation and share highly interesting and insightful information.
Audience Members got to explore solutions to these four fundamental problems to create breakthroughs in their effectiveness:
- Only 20% of team members use their strengths at work daily.
- Outdated paradigms withhold individuals from their zones of genius.
- Short termism undermines longer-term potential in organizations.
- More than 80% of teams never attain their optimal performance.
The interactive presentation kept the audience interested by allowing them to participate in real-time polls. The session ended with a Q&A in which audience members could express their thoughts and pose their questions with both speakers
