Meet David Sand
David Sand is a compelling keynote speaker who walks his talk. A respected leader, entrepreneur and authority on performance incentives, David’s life and work embody his message. He is a man of heart and action, on stage as much as in person.
As founder and chairman of the acclaimed Uwin Iwin Performance Incentives, David has led his team — and clients — to international success. He is a past president of SITE, the Society for Incentive Travel Excellence, a recipient of the IMA Award for Excellence and IMEX Academy Award for his outstanding contribution to the industry. His first book, The Song of the Sandman, thoughtfully documents his journey with valuable lessons from leadership and life.
David also serves as trustee for The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award Foundation’s “The President’s Award” in South Africa, and chairman of the Scouts South Africa Bryanston First Chapter. Members of his influential international network know David as a trusted advisor, a passionate motivator, and an exceptional golfing companion. But what stands out most is David’s values as a leader, a family man and above all, a man of faith. David’s keynotes, writing and work galvanise audiences with not only inspiration, but also the actionable steps to enhance the way they perform, lead and live.
